The room is very spacious, but unfortunately the TV doesn't have Netflix or YouTube. The bathroom with the pool doesn't have hot water. The breakfast menu could be more varied.

We stayed at glamping, not at the hotel. The place is quiet. We rented a family glamping that can accommodate 4 people with two large beds. Unfortunately, breakfast is only provided for 3 people. Other than that, the car park is quite far, so if you want to get in and out you have to walk quite a bit or use the e-car service provided by the hotel (free).

The room is very spacious, clean, bright because of the large windows. Many activities and the kids were happy during their stay. It's just that there aren't many breakfast variations and the taste needs to be improved.

And the experience of calling the hotel to book with Mr. Far**an was less than pleasant, he promised to call back but even after 2 days there was no news. Access from the room to the parking lot and hotel restaurant does not have a canopy so you have to bring an umbrella and the lighting is less than adequate for the night

Suggestions for food, the variants at breakfast are very minimal, arranged very little so it is not very appetizing. The taste is also lacking for a villa class per night 3 million. Complete facilities, kids friendly too .. but the price is quite expensive, there should be a special price for hotel / villa guests. The water channel in the downstairs bathroom needs to be checked because when using the bathtub there is a lot of moss from the tap that comes out. Insects are also very numerous, maybe because I came during the rainy season until at night they all enter the downstairs bathroom area (I was in villa 2A).

the location is strategic, close to the toll road and also close to Tretes. what is lacking is the variety of food because it is small, with a 5-star hotel the menu should be many. then when there are few guests staying, they are given a breakfast package which is not much, tends to be small. it should be noted that even though there are few or many guests, breakfast must still be a buffet. because this is a 5-star hotel.

Kids love staying here because there is a swimming pool and also archery, cool photo spots, cool atmosphere. For breakfast, kids try porridge and it tastes a bit salty. For other menus such as fried rice, soto, all are delicious. Hopefully there will be more menu choices. And next time I still want to go there again.
