Resepsionisnya kurang sabar dan kurang ramah, kesannya buru-buru. Penginapannya tidak layak huni. Banyak debu. Lantainya tidak bersih, tembok sudah kusam. Kamarnya bau. Kamar mandi tidak layak pakai. Klosetnya rusak, kotor, bikin jijik. Seharusnya direnovasi dulu, saran saja sih. Karena baru pertama datang ke kota itu dan terpaksa karena lebih deket tempat tujuan, makanya nginap di situ (jangan punya pikiran ada harga ada barang tapi kenyamanan, keramahan, kesopanan dan kejujuran itu penting). TV rusak. Lampu-lampu mati. Pintu kamarnya sulit dikunci. Lain kali ke Purwokerto ga mau nginap di sini lagi. Buat teman-teman, tidak usah nginap di sini, tidak recommended. Kecewa dan menyesal.
