Agak horor ya, sepi lantainya, terus malam-malam ada yang ketok-ketok jendela. Secara di lantai 6, spooky banget, kurang terawat juga kamarnya. Ke depannya ditingkatkan lagi ya.

The verandah is dirty, the verandah floor is not swept and there are lots of used goods/; Scraps that are not thrown away.

Kamar tempat saya menginap tidak bersih atau bisa dibilang sangat jorok karena tidak dibersihkan. Terutama di bagian toiletnya. Seprai dan bed cover tidak diganti, pelayanannya tidak memuaskan.

Dusty mattress, smelly bathroom. When we complained to the AC via WA there was no response and required us to go down to the receptionist first even though our room was on the 19th floor. Room cleanliness was really lacking,

There are 2 cockroaches in the room and in the bathroom, the bathroom is not clean, has cracks and the shower is broken, WiFi can't be used, the mattress is not clean, the floor is dirty, the room has cobwebs, can't get toiletries and I won't come to 2x it's kapok there.

The rooms do not match the photos, lots of dust, smelly blankets, dirty sheets, towels when used fall out, the bathroom smells dirty, no water heater.

It's fun, the cleanliness is even more improved, just the air freshener.

The bathroom light was broken, there was no soap, the kitchen water faucet was leaking, the balcony was dirty, there were no tv channels to watch, some of the wallpaper on the walls came off.

The bathroom is dirty. The equipment is also minimal.

Why is the photo not real? The rooms are dirty, the wallpaper is peeling here and there, the bathroom is really old school, the hot water doesn't work at all. The water sink is clogged. Only 1 towel was given and even then it didn't smell good. And I'm too hot because the AC isn't cold at all, I'd better give it a fan. Fortunately, there are still plus points, smooth wifi, cold refrigerator and TV can be watched. If you read this, the manager or owner of the unit, please fix it. It's a shame that the property is left alone like this.

The ac is all hot. Even though I already asked for cold ac :(.

the partemen were bad, only 1 towel was given ... the unit was not maintained ... sorry I stayed here ... the unit manager, namely OYO, is an unprofessional manager, the name is bad and ... don't ever stay at the property, Oyo, for sure the properties are all bad

The room is dirty there are lots of cockroaches too, asking for a room change can finally be done even though the room being replaced is still dirty better than cockroaches.

There are no proper facilities and the rooms are very dirty. Lice are found on the bed.
