The quality of SERVICE this place exudes is unbelievable. Yes, it is for the tips, but still. They're so warm and inviting! Wait until arrival to book your excursions right there at the hotel. Also, the BEST jerk chicken on all of MoBay is here, at this hotel, ON THE BEACH. I swear by it. We had jerk chicken at 10 places, this place was the best. Get the green sauce.

Lack of service. Not much sand or beach area that was also very dirty.

Good visit but only negative was I had to call down 2 days in a row about the hot water. The waves restaurant food was nasty. I wouldn’t recommend eating there. The orchids and moonstone were nice and good food. All the staff were very nice, professional. Daily activities and fun on the resort so no Worries there but overall had fun.

This resort was amazing! Highly recommend getting the Villas. Only issue is resort needs transportation with the cost of the stay. Transportation was expensive to go to the excursions.

would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation to the entire staff at this outstanding hotel for the exceptional service and attention we received. From the moment of our arrival, my husband and I were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy, and enjoyed an exceptional level of luxury and pampering. The check-in process was remarkably efficient and expedited. Although we arrived prior to the scheduled check-in time, our room was generously made available for early occupancy. While our experience was truly exceptional, there are a few areas that could benefit from enhancement, such as increasing the variety of buffet offerings and expanding variety of buffet offerings and expanding entertainment options. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their outstanding service. This hotel's customer service is truly deserving of a rating of 20 out of 10. We eagerly anticipate our next visit, Jamaica and Jewel Grande.

Loved the friendliness of the staff, Tackeisha was especially amazing and friendly, I was her “chocolate princess,” which was so adorable, she was awesome to my sisters and I. Everyone else was also super friendly, staff were very helpful everywhere we went. Only downside was our fridge stopped working and leaking water as a result, that was never fixed even after mentioning it to the front desk. We also did not have hot water here and there when we needed to shower so that was a cold experience lol, however neither of those things ruined the stay or experience, I will totally be coming back, love it here!!

Me and my husband had a great experience for the weekend. The resort was clean. The staff were very professional, accommodating and welcoming. Upon arrival we were met at the lobby with drinks and the front desk staff was very nice. Check in was very accurate at 4pm no early check in. The resort amenities are excellent. We booked an excursion through the resort and our girl was able to get us in last min for a same day adventure which we truly appreciated. The food was very good! For the Asian restaurant they have a hibachi style option but only one table so if you would like it must must book in advance a day or two. The property has gated entry with 3 huge buildings. They have hooka available for purchase by the pool and the drinks were perfect! Make sure you book the 15-30min complementary photo shoot! Danielle was awesome! Thanks everyone for making our weekend amazing.
