When we checked in they said payment had not been recieved from expedia, They said not to worry they would sort it, Also breakfast was included in the reservation but they said it was not included. When we went to check out we were told no payment had been recieved, it was not sorted. I had to spend the last morning sorting this out with expedia, I had to call expedia who was extremely helpful they immediatly called the property and refunded my money,
Instead of enjoying my breakfast and the pool I spent my last day sorting this. I turns out there was a glich in their system for payment. The lady at reception was very poor
