Best hotel in Mexico so far excellent

Everything was okay only first couple days there was a problem with the toilet.

Great stay for our family. Save secure parking. Breakfast was great!

The hotel was great our room was perfect, the staff was very helpful, and the bar and breakfast were great.

Beds are extremely uncomfortable

The hotel is good for what you pay for it. On the surface it looks new and hip but there are very basic things that need some attention: rusty showerheads, dingy fixtures, full facilities to cook but absolutely no instruments to do so (not a single pan, plate or appliance, not even coffee maker), noisy air conditioner. Breakfast was ok, had to drive a bit to get to somewhere else decent to eat.

The bed was comfortable. It was right off the freeway with easy access. The restaurant was delicious. The staff was great. Chef Omar spent 45 minutes helping us track down vanilla. Thank you so much!

it was a nice hotel employees should be a little more friendly.

My wife had a broken leg. We asked for a chair with wheels. The staff was indifferent and did not offer to help. The room was nice. The hotel was not very accessible for people with disabilities.

Good hotel, breakfast was above average (and included), friendly staff; semi-modern installations. Pros: Bang for your buck Breakfast Semi-Modern Hotel Staff Gated Building - feels safe Cons: No water in bathroom - issue was fixed in a timely manner. Another room we used also stopped providing water in bathroom - issue was reported and.fixed. Hotel lost electricity several times - it appears there is a backup generator that turns electricity back on within seconds, but still inconvenient. Location - getting to hotel forces you to drive a mile past hotel, make a u-turn, thend drive the mile back into hotel. Overall, good experience, would consider going back.

The hotel was beautiful. Both my rooms looked like they were newly renovated. Fresh paint and bath fixtures. The was an exceptional employee named Eder who worked as the host in the hotels restaurant. He was very efficient and friendly.

To begging I didn’t get vip treatment what do ever. The the room I got was very dusty and some things were not functioning like the bathroom door wouldn’t close, the iron wasn’t working either.
