We had a lovely stay at BloomSuites Hotel. The staff were extremely helpful, kind, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality really made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Thank you to the whole team for looking after us so well — we truly appreciated it and would happily stay again!

Convenient location among posh residential neighborhoods which helps for people attending family functions. Room was very clean and user friendly with prompt service.

Nice hotel

Location is great. But that is all this property has to offer. Rooms are not well kept. Staff is poorly trained and have no idea what they are doing. They tried to separate 2 rooms (1 family) on separate floors saying thats the only way they can assign rooms. Bedsheets were torn and wore out. Towels were not properly washed. Breakfast was mediocre.

The stay was nice... friendly people..unfortunately missed the buffet breakfast..but the room service was good..

The hotel staff was welcoming, friendly and delightfully made our stay comfortable. We had senior citizens who needed a wheelchair, they arranged for it and recommended that we keep it during our site seeing c visits. The hotel staff especially the front desk manager gave suggestions regarding our site seeing tour, arranged for transport and ensured that we had a good time during our stay. The food was exceptionally tasty!
