cleaning is poor. smudges on glass. brown toilet bottom. dust on tops of pictures ,mirror,tv. all together abad effort from the cleaners.

Handy location to break our journey. Will be back.

The hotel is nice, liked that there is a playground and loads of eating options in the food court. When we arrived at the hotel one of the beds was not made up they offered us another room and the same problem was in that room too. Also the sink was blocked in the bathroom the sink would full up everytime we washed out hands and took a long time to go down after.

This is a great budget hotel. Travelodge pricing, but proper hotel quality.

Ensuite had a whiff of soil pipe issues, a lack of catering staff and should have gone for a non motorway hotel - lesson learnt!

This was the third weekend of us stopping here and over all it was good. Jane went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Hotel as a whole is good.

Bathtroom would get flooded and water doesnt go down, reported 3 times during my 2 nights of stay, nothing was done by reception. Cleaning maid knocks on the at 10am and then just walks in. Quality overall is worse than I had hoped for. Alot of noise from up above and next door throughout the night.

Great welcome by staff, very helpful and polite. Room was good and amenities were convenient. Had a good stay, would stay again.

Great value hotel on the outskirts of Leeds. Easy parking, friendly staff and good rooms

Room wasn’t particularly clean upon arrival and requested a clean 2 days into the visit to which they only changed the towels, never cleaned anything. The shower design is terrible, the shower screen is so short so the floor ends up soaking. There was also huge dip in the mattress on one side. Staff were not the most welcoming, never explained very much and weren’t very knowledgeable of the local area.

We stayed in the family room, it was nice the bed was very comfortable i had a very good sleep on it however the bathroom was on the smaller side and reqyested a bath mat as the walk in shower was abit to slippery. Overall enjoyed the stay.

Low price, modern, good location and facilities. Disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, shower tray had hairs and dirt in. Toilet had tissue in, toilet seat loose, couldn’t turn the water temperature down on the shower as the knob wouldn’t rotate enough.

A great overnight stay.

Was disappointed with the food variety for breakfast. Had to make do with a croissant and a cup of tea.

Excellent standard for motorway stopover.

Great value hotel ideally situated on the outskirts of Leeds. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, parking is free for guests, rooms are spacious but the air conditioning didn't seem to be working and it was red hot, so wasn't the greatest night's sleep. Would still look to stay there in future if we visit Leeds though.
