Staff very good room very nice but tge xarpets in the corridors were very dirty black stains and what looked like white bleach narks all the way down to reception When we were walking to our room i said to my wife if the carpets are the same as the corridors i do not want to stay here they were very stained

no to working and no coffee machine working at breakfast we sat in our room all night it was like a prison cell and reception tried to fix the tv but couldn’t and told us no maintenance till the next morning on site!!

Awful room... Brown stains on the carpet and on the bathroom wall. Shower was cracked, cold and the shower head wouldn't stay up. Room smelled of chlorine

I was in a room where the lighting in the hallway was out of order and i couldnt see ANYTHING trying to get into my also dark room. This needs to be fixed TODAY. Or dont have anyone in those rooms. Unacceptable. Also, floors were dirty. Otherwise fine and convenient location. Bed was comfortable but pillows not great.

Staff helpful and friendly. Good value.

Clean and quite decent

Good check in experience but, bar service slow. Kettle in room not working, no shower gel in dispenser.
