Property is clean and centrally located near church and plaza. Staff were very nice. Chilaquiles and beans part of the cost to stay at botique hotel.

Friendly stuff, rooms perfectly clean every morning, delicious chilaquiles for breakfast! Close to plasa and mercado walking distance to all shops restaurants and bars !

We stayed here 1 night. The Hotel is close to the plaza. Our stay included breakfast. Staff was nice and told us where to catch a cab as Uber isn’t used in this town. Our stay was wonderful!

Great customer service from personal, I love the location because it’s in the heart of the Pueblo everything is walking distance to the Plaza , Mercado and all the stores.

Our stay at Hotel Via Real was great! Location is a block away from the plaza. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The decor is very nice. Staff was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

The place looks OK but it needs some maintenance, the bed very uncomfortable and los of street noise, no rest at all

The stay was just right. It’s a block from the church and main plaza where everything is happening. My family and I stayed to visit relatives and stayed there for 5 nights. The rooms are very clean and it’s a nice place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only 3 things that could have made my stay perfect were: - I wish the rooms had a table lamp, I wanted to read at night but I had to leave the room light on so I wish they would have table lamps - The Doors are old door and are beautiful but you can hear some noise from outside your room. Mind you, we weren’t there to stay at the hotel so it’s not a big deal. - I wish the rooms came equip with small mini refrigerators to keep things cold. Again, it’s not a big deal. These are not big items overall. If you ask if I would stay here again, Absolutely! No doubt I would come back and stay there! Service was excellent and location was everything!
