Good hotel, nice common areas downstairs. Very noisy from around 6am, it sounded like people walking and running loudly in a corridor above our room, this woke me up and went on for a further hour and a half roughly. Car park situation is not great at all- it is a good 15 min walk from the hotel with bags (glad it wasn’t raining) and very hard to find on arrival- impossible if you put the hotel in google maps, and I feel like it is quite sneaky of the hotel to not disclose this upfront- it really makes for a bad first impression of what is otherwise quite a nice hotel.

Really good stay! Great bar service and super quick food, luggage storage was a help on our last day. My only gripe is the pillows are really thick so if you hate your head being really high up, bring your own thin pillow!

Visiting the area for a convention and had a great experience second year in a row. Staff are friendly and helpful, beds are comfy and rooms are spacious. Really good access to local food establishments, shopping centre and train station as well. Complimentary Mocktail was delicious as always!

Unusual concept hotel which is very handy for the NEC being right on the doorstep. There is an informal feel to the place but the staff were very competent and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and the room had all amenties. My only complaint was the breakfast (I had full English) where the quality of food wasn't great. The fruit and pastries looked better.

Hotel is nice, but if using in conjunction with an exhibition trip the parking is a nightmare. You can drop your bag which is fair enough but then have to drive to E5 and then walk back10-15mins to Hall5. Then you can leave your bag and pick up when the Expo closes but then your behind all the car park traffic coming out of E1-4. OR the clever people just leave the car at the hotel and pay the parking charge notice which is cheaper than using the official car park. £30 if paid within 14 days.

A really funky hotel! Clean, tidy, fun and friendly. Loved the room, food and bar. Great cocktails! The room was just the right size, good air con, view and a smart shower/toilet room. We felt really chilled and very welcome during our stay. Plenty of space to relax within the hotel.

We were on the first floor - at midnight and at five am when I left you could still hear the music from the reception playing! Thud thud thud. Single bed in a twin room is thinner than a pencil.

Great hotel, only used a stop over but amenities looked good. Car park a bit of a trek, otherwise all good.

Stayed for a football match and this was reasonably priced, on top of the fact we were close to the train station and multiple fast-food places for a quick stop for food. Brilliant for being a 5-10 minute walk to the station through the mall area.

Smart modern hotel, ultra clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely staff. Located right alongside NEC.Only downside was that breakfast buffet area incredibly tight so breakfast not a great experience - almost as if it has been added as an afterthought.
