The location is great — just a short walk to Kyoto Station, and there’s a convenience store right across the street, which is very convenient. We booked a tatami room, which was nice and comfortable. However, when we moved the beds together, we noticed some dust underneath, so cleanliness could be slightly improved. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good value for the location.

Great location next to the JR station, comfortable and well-equipped hotel with private onsen, perfect base to explore Kyoto. We much enjoyed our stay here. The staff are professional and helpful, the rooms are very clean, and the breakfast buffet is particularly varied and fresh. The cozy lobby is welcoming and deserves a mention on its own. Good value for money.

The facilities and service were impeccable. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when I come to Kyoto.

Very good hotel, near kyoto station, the room is large and clean, the staff very nice, even give us free drink (apple tea, orange juice, twg tea and etc) unlimited free flow bring to room.
