Cleanest Friendly staff and great food

They have to change my room a few times because at first my room air conditioner wasn’t working and then the other room the fridge wasn’t working

People were helpful. But I wanted some coffee and they didn't have any later on in the afternoon. But overall it was good.

Very basic hotel, staff was friendly but the property itself is bare minimum. No hot water, and the bed sheets and pillows were old. There is a good restaurant on the first floor with decent food.

No parking at all. Please be aware they will tell at the front desk of some source of parking but with no security.

My husband travel from Punta Cana and needed a place to rest for an activity in the Bonao area so we were grateful that there was availability so late into the night. The hotel was easy to find. Upon our arrival the parking lot is across the street in a plaza. There is an elevator which was convenient but you have to go thru the restaurant to go to the second floor which it’s where the hotel lobby is located. The front desk person was on her phone, she asked us to wait for her end her conversation. When told that we made a reservation thru Expedia she was not happy and stated that she did not like those reservations. The room was not as described on the picture. The lobby area was clean but the room was dirty and run down. There was a bag in the bathroom and a man’s shirt in the closet. With the previous guest garbage. The location is very noisy as it is located in a very active street above a restaurant. Unless it’s a emergency that there is no other option I would not recommend this place.

not the fault of the hotel but a food truck parked on the side street and all night long idiots with music blaring from their cars woke me up. it went all night until 5am

No top bed sheet. No hot water day one. No water at all day two. No personal property safe. Room not secure, window latch broken. No service from receptionist. Room was loud. Left hotel one day early.
