Todo bien!

The hotel was very clean and had good natural lighting in the lobby. The rooms looked new and clean, plus I loved how bright the lights were in the bathroom. I hate whenever a bathroom is too dim, but this hotel had nice lighting everywhere. The breakfast was good and varied. The only downside is that ubers from this location to other places was a bit expensive

We asked for extra pillows on both nights staying there and received none. On the second night we told reception we didn’t receive a pillow and was told he couldn’t leave reception because he was by himself. Reception didn’t write anything down after saying there was no record of requesting the pillow the previous day. Guess what no pillow received on second day. Poor service from reception probably due to manning the bar as well.

Property is old in need of renovation. No tvs in bedrooms. No air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. They did not clean our apartment. When we complained the third time they only changed towels and left a broom and dust pan for us to clean ourselves. No towels in pool area. Staff told me this is not a hotel so not to expect the same service, but they call it Ramada hotel and suites.

This hotel was clean, new and very comfortable with nice, uplifting decor. The free breakfast was great but also they had a very good menu for dinner when we arrive after a long day of sightseeing. The dining area is also nicely decorated with a good atmosphere. The location is 20-30 minutes form the city and its attractions using ride apps and we did not find that to be an issue. It was a nice place to stay and we enjoyed our time there.

Amazing staff at the reception desk and so accommodating !!! This hotel should be super proud for having such an amazing team!!!

Simple clean accessible and nice area

Had a lovely stay, one off our rooms was ready early so we could enjoy the pool, staff were very helpful The only thing I would expect is a changing room to use when you use the pool after checkout before our flight. Thankfully we were offered a late checkout for free

The location

About 20-25 minutes from central Madrid, property was very clean, great breakfast and has a shopping mall a big outlets nearby. Stayed with 2 of my kids in May and it was perfect as we did rent a car. Would stay again.

The desk clerk was so kind to switch our room when the system had us down for a queen but we were supposed to have a king.

The shower door didn’t work so the bathroom was always wet and rooms were too small
