Nasama Resort was very good value as the room we had (Ocean View 1 Bed) was spacious with a walk in robe area great for storing your luggage etc, well out of your way. The rooms can be a little dated but are clean, also the dedicated friendly staff are always around and always willing to assist. An excellent choice of Breakfast is often included and Nasama has 2 of Vanuatu's best rated restaurants on site, 3 pigs and Cafe Villa. We did have an issue with our room during our stay dues to strong trade winds and a storm, but the staff and maintenance staff worked quickly as soon as it was safe to resolve all issues. We did stay in June which is said to be a time for the best weather, how ever Trade Winds can sometimes be an issue between May and October which may make using your balcony on the Ocean view rooms as we had unusable or unpleasant at times. The Studio or 2 bedroom suites may be more sheltered in these times. We certainly would not hesitate to stay at Nasama again.

The rooms were a good size and exceptionally cleaned every day. Shower pressure was great. The whole place was well kept with staff consistently sweeping and raking leaves. Barbeque kept spotless like new. Good selection on menu for breakfast and staff very attentive. The only difficulty we found was attempting to organise tours but this may have been due to windy weather and rolling seas making options limited. Very limited pamphlets offering tours and ideas within the office area. This is one area that could do with some improvement especially for 1st time visitors. Good price and nice pools make this resort worthwhile.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The staff were all lovely. During a power cut (due to a car taking out the powerlines not due to the resort) the staff came around with candles. The pool is very well maintained. Having our own reef shoes and snorkels was a good idea though there are plenty at the hotel. It would be good to see (at ALL the sea swimming sites) signs for people not to stand on the reefs if they are swimming as it wrecks them. The only minor issue we had was our doors were not closing properly or running well on the tracks but otherwise a great spot.

Lovely little getaway. Good (and very generous) breakfasts served by lovely staff, equally good evening meals. It’s good to have two restaurants on site (though I only used Cafe Vila) as there’s not really anything to do/anywhere to go nearby. Rooms are well kept, but a little dated.

Great location, buses come straight past the front all the time so super easy to get wherever you want to go. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Having 2 restaurants/ bars onsite is a bonus and every meal we had was amazing. The pool was nice and there is a small section of beach where you can swim, kayak and snorkel. We had an issue with the hot water and the staff got it sorted for us straight away. I would definitely recommend Nasama Resort and I would stay there again

Hi, checked in to a beach front room with the main door couldn't close as it was off its hinges! Kitchen cupboard handles also coming off. Staff did change room, but the maintenance is poor. Large folding doors the floor push handles need attention as almost impossible to slide to open and lock. Room very clean. Big dump of cardboard and rubbish on property next to room 202. Overall the restaurants are below standard. The Three Pigs has staff enjoying very loud music and offering poor service and poor quality food. The Cafe Vila is like a funeral home. Bored and untrained staff average food and 80s decor. Suggest look elsewhere to stay.

The Nasama Resort has great facilities; large, clean rooms with many amenities; a lovely pool and small private beach; and great restaurants. For the price, it is amazing. But the best part is the staff, who are all very kind and competent. I highly recommend it!

Ocean was right there as it says. Pool view room did not disappoint. Staff were wonderful especially our housekeepers. We travelled with a group of 15 including 4 toddlers. Would definetly visit again.

Staff were very courteous. Room was average. Leaking shower head, aircon only cools down the living room & kitchen & not the bedroom. For the condition, it’s a pricey rate.

Accommodations were great and the breakfast was excellent. The two bedroom garden view apartment is spacious and clean. The only negative aspect would be one AC for the entire apartment wasn’t adequate to cool the bedrooms to a comfortable sleeping temperature.
