Great place to stay! It’s very clean, spacious and all staff members were very kind & courteous! They had nice dine-in selections that were very good. I came across a few minor issues like the doors were creaking every time they were to be open or closed. The complimentary coffee in our room was awful! We are in Seattle, so I expected better. Anyways breakfast and dinner at The Bistro made up for it!!! I would definitely book here again and skip the “in room coffee” altogether.

The hotel was good. Everything we needed was available… the only thing is the was no pool for the kids (but that won’t keep us from booking here again).

Stay was great. When they checked us in we were never told about needing a parking pass. When we went to check out there was a letter on our vehicle about needing a parking pass. The lady at the dexk made sure there wasn't any parking charges though and apologized. That was the only issue. I was surprised with how big the hotel room was.

Nice place with friendly staff. Lauren was exceptional!

This Hotel is very clean inside and out. The service is excellent! Will stay again for sure.

Management and staff were amazing. General Manager performed a service above and beyond when she personally drove the handbag I mistakenly left behind to my gate are the airport in time for me to not miss my flight

Nice and easy location for us to get to where we wanted. The hotel is clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were clean as well. Overall stay was great, only downside was it was a bit loud in the hallways at night, got woken up a few time during my stay due to hallway noises.

Great customer service!

The rooms were clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s just outside of Seattle but still close enough to enjoy the city. The only downside to this hotel was that it’s near a hospital so we were waken each night by the sirens of emergency vehicles.

Staff was friendly accommodating and knowledgeable. Did not like secluded location of hotel as a visitor unfamiliar with area and no particular scenic views available from this hotel location.

Very confusing to get into. It does not indicate you need to park in the parking garage to check in. There was also no parking,

Very thin walls, you can hear everything that’s going on outside of your door, and everything that’s going on outside of the hotel. The surrounding area is not very safe either, lots of sketchy homeless folks hanging around. I heard car alarms going off in the middle of the night, assuming they’re set off by people trying to break in. The staff are not very friendly either, they’re just there to get you in and out. Not very helpful with questions, and doesn’t even try to provide bare minimum customer service.

Great hotel and great staff. The beds in the room were hard as a rock, felt like I was sleeping on a hard surface.
