Awesome people and space.

My room was clean comfortable and quiet, staff was all great,shower was hot and breakfast was good.

This hotel is a great economical place to stay in Riobamba. Easy to find, convenient to the center of town, pleasing staff and a good value.

Receptionist was friendly when we arrived. Room was reasonably clean, but small with old furnitures and needing a renovation. No outlets available unless unplugging the TV/Cable. Small washroom has no towel hangers and no soap/shampoo support in the shower. Restaurant food was good, but service totally inefficient. We've been waiting 20 minutes to ask for a coffee/desert, while the waitress was chatting in the kitchen... She brought the coffee and didn't even remove our plates... For the price paid, this hotel is FAR below expectations. Not recommended unless you have no other better options.

Rooms are uncomfortable and you can smell what is being cooked in the kitchen. Staff if not very agreeable.

This is our second time to stay here when visiting in Riobamba. You can't beat it for the price. Great service, very adequate rooms, terrific breakfast, convenient central location.

Let the water run a while to get a warm (not hot) shower. Nice people. Easy in/out and access to town. Not many close restaurants.
