We really enjoyed our stay there! The little balcony was especially nice and the breakfast was great. Also, perfect location, close to everything and friendly staff. We would definitely stay there again, thank you FLH Urbano!

Great staff - friendly and helpful. We had a basic double room which was compact but pleasant. Nice modern bathroom with shower cubicle. Kettle provided in the room but no mini bar fridge. Free coffee and cakes downstairs all day. Nice cheerful vibe to the hotel. Good location close to cathedral.

Loved our stay at Urbano Hotel. It really lives up to its reputation as just like home. Very clean and staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and there were always drinks and cake available.

This appears to be a relatively new hotel and is very fresh and clean. The room was quite small but well equipped and comdortable except for lack of space for our luggage. Breakfast was included, but it had to be scheduled and was rather late in the morning for us. The locatrion is very good and overall we had a positive experience.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, very good location! We stayed in two different rooms. Room 26 was nice and quiet, ample space. Our second stay we were in room 2. The room was very small and very noisy. It was facing the street. Closing the window did not make a difference. I highly recommend this hotel, but be aware of the noise if you are facing the street

My particular room was on the internal side of the hotel so the view was that of the building on the other side, which was being renovated and therefore rather ugly; thankfully we were too busy to look out the window much but a warning would have been nice! Apart from that, very nice staff and extremely good continental breakfast (possibly my best in 10 years!). Great location and the tram stops nearby.

This hotel is incredibly clean, the bed is comfortable and the staff is very friendly. The delicious breakfast is an added bonus and made for an easy morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

Perfectly located - walk distance to most tourist attractions and surrounded by shopping & restaurants. Staff is extremely nice and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet is good and they provide free tea/coffee and snacks all day long. The room is clean, but very small with only limited storage space.

Excellent location within a 10 minute walk of the cruise terminal (Jardim do Tabaco) without any of the hills Lisbon is known for. The staff was very welcoming when we arrived well before check-in time and let us store our luggage until the room was ready. The breakfast was amazing with fruit salad, eggs, yoghurt, juice and Portuguese pastries. They also provided coffee and cake in the afternoon. We had no trouble with street noise. There are several restaurants in the neighbourhood for dinner. Maria Cantita is fabulous but helps to have a reservation. Highly recommend getting a 24 pass from Tourist Information for 31 euros which gets you on all forms of transportation and access to 51 tourist sites including museums, castles etc. When it comes time to leave Lisbon allow 3 hrs. We weren’t prepared for the 1 hr line for passport check after going thru security.
