Very adequate, convenient and great location

The staff was great, as well as the hotel location. However, beds were super squeaky so we were waking each other up all the time. Also, the beds and pillows are very unconfortable. The hotel should invest in that asap, as we couldn’t rest there at all, while its a nice property overall. Also, the parking is too far for someone who has more luggage.

Hotel is in mint condition. Extremely clean. Looks like brand new hotel. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Location is in the middle of old town Sarajevo. Walking distance to every importand point in the old town. Also, could not be safer location. Recommend this hotel by all means. Covered parking is available one block from the hotel, and also open lot is extremely close. All within walking distance. Not a single problem or complaint.

Great little hotel at a reasonable price. Enough room for a family of 5 which is hard to come by in Sarajevo. Staff were friendly, professional, and helpful. Room was quiet. Fantastic location. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location and excellent staff. Condition was mostly good, but shower did not drain well which made the bathroom floor very wet. Other than that, it was great.

This is a great place that is in the middle of everything in Sarajevo. But what really stood out was the friendly staff that made are stay even more enjoyable. They were extremely helpful whenever we needed it. Much thanks to all of them!

Best location in Sarajevo, great staff, great breakfast. They will arrange your airport pick up and drop off.

Great find in the heart of Sarajevo. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and were super friendly.

I stayed 1night with my husband in 2bedroom apartment. The location is GRATE! It is center of the old town, many tourist spots, restaurants, shops, and small supermarket are around the hotel. Big shopping mall is in 10min. from the hotel. Very convenient for everything. Modern and warm interior, and I was impressed with room names. It was not room1 or room2, but chapter1 or chapter2, because the hotel was " HOTEL STORY". I liked the sense. As for amenities are basic as a foreign hotel for Japanese, and slippers are nice! One thing I was disappointed, it was laundry. The hotel description from HOTELS.COM showed us the hotel has self-service laundry, but the house rules in our room said that we have to use hotel laundry service if we want to wash our clothes. The most important thing when we choose an apartment, not any other hotels is the laundry machine. We packed our clothes for 9days trip as the plan, we will wash them at hotel story. So we were shocked. Besides one bedroom door knob was broken and fell off when I turned it to close the door. But it was not big deal. The breakfast was good, and staff cared us finely. Calling a taxi for the airport, and translation to the taxi driver, furthermore two staff came out to see off us when we depart for the airport. Staff were very nice and friendly!! Stay there again? ....hummmm if it has a laundry machine in the apartment, probably yes. But if you don't mind that you should stay The Hotel Story. I recommend you!

Great family stay just opposite museum for Crimes against Humanity in Sarajevo.. Right in city centre. Have limited parking with rather difficult access as neighbours put street tables for lunch all day making very difficult to reverse. I liked the idea of story pics on walls. Nice idea.

Perfect staff and modern hotel..location location location!!!

Rezalet - 3 ay önce 2 yatak odalı daire satınalıp ödemesini yaptık. Otele girişte rezervasyonumuz olmadığını ve ödediğimiz odanın dolu olduğunu söylediler. Çok daha küçük bir odaya mecburen razı olduk. - 2 gün sonra odanın kapısına temizlik istediğimizi asmamıza rağmen temizlik yapılmadı, çöplerimiz taştı. Ancak 3. Gün Resepsiyona sitem ettikten sonra yüzeysel temizlik yapılmış, tuvalet, lavobo hala temiz değildi. - Son gecemizde hava sıcaklığı -3 ve binada kalorifer yanmıyordu. Resepsiyon boştu kimseye ulaşamadık, neyseki odada küçük bir split klima vardı o biraz havayı kırdı ama sabaha kadar donduk.

Personal sehr sehr nett und freundlich! Sehr schönes Familienzimmer inkl. Babybett. Grosses sauberes Zimmer, grosses Bad und viel Platz zum chillen. Direkt in an der Baščaršija, hammer Standort!
