Fantastic stay! Food was excellent

We had wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was amazing! A big thank you to Rigo who really looked after us and made sure my intolerances were catered for as well as being super friendly and caring. Also to “ Harry” , one of the managers who helped us with our bicycles. We’re from Australia and cycling round the world so our bikes are very precious to us! Lulu shopping mall was close by and also the airport. Highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable stay. Excellent service and I will recommend for anyone. If any guest come for serious discussion give them private area not in middle of the restaurant. Their loud conversations is not comfortable for other guest and rude attitude towards serving bearers, shouldn’t be allow. Such guests may be Big shots of the town/city but certain good attitude to be kept to the staff , senior managers sit with the guest and absorbs such attitude.

All aspects from staff, to cleanliness, to facilities and more were great. Could not have asked for anymore.

Does not do early check-ins. Ask you to pay full night rate for 3 hours. Nickel and dime for everything. Not courteous front office

I didnt like their scanning of luggage and even handbags to enter into the property which I did not see in other 5 or 7 star hotels in anywhere in the world.
