Stay here when visting Santo D (over a year) Good area. Staff friendly and bilingual. Myraid of restaurants uber walks etc. Price point. Outstanding

the location is great, near to everything. the stuff was amazing so helpful and nice even they agreed with early check in. the room is so basic and without a window. Breakfast is so simple but nice.

Bad ac not clean

It was near everthing, shopping, restaurants, and bars. Its a small hotel good for few nights. Good breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located from all the famous locations (cathedral, plaza espana, etc.) and has a variety of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket all in short walking distance. The staff was really friendly and supportive whenever needed. Some speak really decent English as well. It's a great deal for the price.

The place was Quant and clean in a good location. The bed could have been better but overall it was a good value for the price

Customer service is nice

I liked that I had a good interactive relationship with the staff and that they were more than willing to consider my requests. I think, the initial room that I was assigned to perhaps was not ideal in general including the decor, lighting and facilities such as a non working refrigerator. Half way through my stay, the staff assigned a much better and superior room.

There was mosquito in the room. Most terrible was running the television at 2-3 am at the reception in high volume by hotel staff that disturbed sleeping. I went out put off the television but then, sound coming continuously from the mobile of the same staff on duty at the reception

Cleanliness of the room and most of all, the friendliness of the staff. They are wiling to help and solve your problems with a smile. I say this because i had an internet problem and the young and beautiful receptionist was able to solve it asap. Love it

Great place.

It was disappointing based on other hotels in the area. The floor of the shower stall was severely cracked but it was partially coveted with a mat. One flimsy towel, no bathmat, or glass in the room.

This is a typical Dominican place. The description provided by the site needs to be updated, amenities are not as listed. Maybe they existed at one time but not now. The staff were friendly and courteous, but the hotel needs many repairs. It’s a place to sleep, that’s what you get along with some coffee and a preplanned everyday breakfast. I would not recommend it to North American travellers with expectations.

If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. My stay was a complete disaster, and I regretted it every single day. None of the services promised on Expedia were provided. To start, they don't even have a swimming pool. I specifically chose this hotel because their listing showed a pool in both the photos and description. When I brought this up with the staff, they admitted they were aware of the misleading information but had no plans to fix it. Several other guests I spoke to were just as frustrated, having booked for the same reason. Despite their promise to remove the misleading pictures, nothing changed during my 5-day stay, and it was clear they had no intention of doing so. On top of that, the WiFi was atrocious. They had three different networks, and none worked properly unless I stood in a specific corner of my room or near the door. Any movement in the room, and the signal would drop completely. The management did nothing to resolve it, offering a range of flimsy excuses like "it's an outside issue" or they "hadn’t noticed it was unplugged." Their indifference made it impossible for me to work or study, costing me even more. Despite paying the full price, I left feeling completely cheated, and they showed zero interest in addressing any of these issues. Thirdly, the towels are dirty, the rooms are filthy and stinky, the bathroom is covered with plaque, and there is no hot/warm water. Terrible hotel, do not stay there!
