Fine quiet. But ourvroom didn't had a view

Buen lugar para descansar.

At the time we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that the room we had reserved was not available. Instead, they gave us a room very close to the kitchen, where the noise was terrible early in the morning. We couldn’t get the rest we deserved.

En general todo muy bien . El unico problema fue que se escucha todo de las habitaciones. Yo me senté en las escaleras del piso 4 y escuchaba todo de las habitaciones del piso 3. Y por supuesto escuchas todo lo de afuera , no tomaron en cuenta la privacidad de los huéspedes.

Very nice people they let me check in early and we had a great meal at lunch time and then went shopping all day a very safe very clean hotel seems to be well run and then a good area I would definitely recommend it the restaurant stuff is also very nice the waitress was very good and the front desk service was excellent as well

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night, We had a room with 3 beds as I was traveling with my 2 sons. The room had no window but a very noisy air conditioner that was to small for the size of room. Breakfast was very nice and had a good selection. Coffee was ok but as this hotel is located in Loja it should have great coffee as Loja is known for the best coffee in Ecuador. Location was good and parking is only suitable for smaller vehicles as its very steep to get to get in and out of the parking garage in the basement. Overall an OK stay

The open architecture design is especially well expressed in the suites, which feature abundant space and contemporary furniture - including bathroom fixtures. This theme ensures distinguished reception and restaurant areas. Furthermore, staff are eager to satisfy - and exceed - guest expectations. For me, the ultimate experience was the breakfast buffet which features local and costal delicacies! It is truly the best local food that I have enjoyed in Ecuador.

Excellent service, location staff and everything is so great

Muy cómodo, sin embargo, estaba lleno el apartamento por lo que tuvimos que ir a los aparcamientos de RM si bien estaban reservados por el hotel pues es incómodo que el auto se quede en el otro lugar que se supone que cierra y pues el no poder sacar y entrar el carro muy de noche por temor a qué se encuentre cerrado el lugar dónde se tuvo que dejar parqueado el auto.
