walls VERY thin. constant door slamming, cheap applin

it was a fine quick stay but disappointed we picked this hotel due to its indoor pool and we had no prior notification that the pool would be closed.

The service attitude is very bad.

Very convenient location surrounded by lots of food options which was really nice. Two bus stops within walking distance that take you to Times Square. My only issue was that the hotel is right by the highway and it was very difficult to get a good night rest with the loud cars.

Love the rooms

The pool is drained and not in service. We never were told that even when we checked in. The whole reason we got this hotel room was for the pool my 5 year old son was looking forward to. A heads up would have been appreciated
