They have good customer service and the place is locqted in a peaceful quite environment

So unclean,had to go down to reception and ask the lady there to come help us clean the room she had given us. It's funny how the expensive rooms(80&70k)have no breakfast on the room price yet the cheaper ones(60/65k) come with breakfast for two... And you gat to be careful with the food,it sometimes tastes like it was for the previous day/night.

Royal Matt Hotel is it so beautiful the reason why I rate this hotel with five stars it's commodities affordable, it's hygiene high the waitresses have enough care, the rooms are comfortable and and they have everything each and every personal needs so please let me come one come all.

Very incredible Hotel with good customer services. I love this hotel and it gives privacy for its customers. Staying at the hotel you feel at home due to its location. Keep it up guys
