Unfortunately, I have to give it one star. But it doesn't even deserve one. I arrived with my family. We had already paid the deposit. But when we got to the front door, surprise surprise... we found it closed. I contacted the owner, who told me there was a "mixup" (read: "I forgot"!) and advised me to book elsewhere. She refunded my deposit. However, it's shameful how such a beautiful establishment is managed.

I absolutely do not recommend this place. Cold rooms, hot water that runs out quickly and turns cold before you've even finished it, and a cold breakfast room, so on our last morning we had to go out for breakfast even though it was included. Broken blackout curtains that couldn't be raised because they were broken. Broken towel rack. Three days that were supposed to be relaxing were ruined.

It can't be called a hotel but it rents out rooms of embarrassing squalor... room with a bad musty smell, hot water available for two or three minutes max, shower cabin doesn't drain, no hair dryer, no staff present at night!!

Just returned from this little oasis in the greenery of Sassuolo. We thank the owners for their helpfulness, kindness, and care for our family. The rooms were spotless and spacious, and the breakfast was incredibly generous. And we even won the tournament...highly recommended.
