In general the apartment is good: modern interior, there is a fridge-cooker-cookware, and the apartment is clean. It's just that there are two things that make it less comfortable: ¹ Check in cannot be at 14 and only available at 17:30 (so this apartment is managed by a property management company (PM), check in must go through their apps / self check in. When we ask why not can check in at 14, answer from them: because of holidays & the number of guests a lot). There is no compensation whatsoever from them. ² The toilet is blocked ...! So if it is flushed, the water in the "bowl" of the toilet becomes full & decreases a little / very slowly (it should immediately drain at the same time). You can't use BAB. When we complained to PM, during toilet repair, one of us had to wait in the apartment, and for a long time. Wasting our time. Finally, we told you it wasn't fixed, the toilet, if the emergency needs to go to the toilet to the mall. Yup, there is no compensation whatsoever :).
