Mr. Mayukh There are still good humans who go beyond their role and give that little extra to make a guest feel cared for. During my stay, I was going through a slightly difficult time, and Mr Mayukh of the in-room dining team truly stood out. His calm, polite, and positive approach made a real difference in that moment. While small gestures may not seem like a big change for a company, but they make a huge difference to the person receiving them. What stood out was not just the service, but the empathy and respect with which it was delivered. Moments like these remind you that humanity, professionalism, and genuine care still exist. People like him quietly set an example others can learn from. I truly believe such dedication and attitude deserve recognition and growth, as employees like him elevate the overall guest experience and represent the organization with grace. Stayed here last month. Very dirty rooms, bedsheets, pillow covers & blankets. Hair was found in food & chicken pieces of biriyani that was ordered in room were very dirty. Overall a really bad stay. We were also made to wait for 50 minutes in the lobby as rooms were not ready.Even after waiting for almost an hour rooms assigned to us were dirty. The staffs are polite and online apologize but that doesn't help. Everything needs to be improved.

My recent dining experience at “Lemon tree premier “. I would like to compliment chef Devashish , I started with starter which was a perfect balance of earthy beets, creamy cheese, and a tangy vinaigrette pasta. For my main course vegetarian food , was cooked to perfection. The accompanying mint sauce was a delightful compliment. The ambiance was cozy, with soft lighting and a quiet hum of conversation that made it perfect for a relaxed evening. server was mayukh, Neha , lakit, ranjeet and a Trainee Devanjana. & GM- Abhishek , knowledgeable and friendly, offering a great recommendation. Overall, it was an exceptional meal, and I can't wait to return to try their signature dessert."

A special mention to Rehaman, who served the drink with great hospitality and attention to detail. The overall presentation and service made the experience even more enjoyable.
