The food at the restaurant was not so good. The shower was cold, with the water heater on.

Great location.

The property was near the town centre with easy access to transport. The breakfast was good. The staff was very welcoming which made my stay enjoyable. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone. I have already asked by relatives to stay there anytime they are in Tamale.

A lovely place

I unfortunately didn't enjoy my stay First of all the Hotel is more 40 min drive than the 23 min announced. I didn't get the chance to experience the food because the breakfast starts at 7 and I was there at ....7.15 and no one there yet Bedsheet were not change in between I couldn't also even enjooy the free shuttle to the airport or the station ( see picture which seems to be available and free) but not for my staying unfortunately finally the staff seems off, not friendly at all or suggesting any alternative You will be on your own

The hotel itself was fine and most things worked except water pressure in the bathroom. You cannot use the shower but a bucket is provided. Also, the staff seemed either indifferent or rude -- not sure what it was.

Warm, friendly staff. They were very attentive and made me feel welcome and safe. I will DEFINITELY be staying at Jeyads again and again

My stay was ok, but things such as Wifi and water pressure didn’t work unless one inquired.

The lodge is very aesthetically pleasing and clean. There is ample parking and it is safe. The breakfast that is included with your stay is very good and there are a variety of items from which to choose. The only thing that was unpleasant was the shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttle was not available to pick me up nor was it available to transport me to the airport and it was an amenity listed. The front desk staff person said that I should have spoken to the manager about it when he was there but he did not indicate that the person was the manager nor did he say anything until after the manager was no longer there. If the shuttle service is not a featured amenity, they should take it off of the list of amenities offered.

Their pick up and drop off at the airport was supeme, they are very conscious of time, their service is very special

Nice quiet hotel with all the accommodations that we needed. Even included a restaurant with outdoor seating that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and view while enjoying our meal.

The hotel is decorated nicely and the service was really good.

My stay was overall very pleasant with a comfortable bed, attentive staff and okay breakfast. The on-site security was also a plus! The air conditioning in the room can be improved as Tamale is extremely hot however this can be easily fixed. Additionally, they list “free transport from the airport and nearby bus stations” but note that when I inquired more at the front desk, I was told I needed to request this at least 24 hours in advance so keep that in mind when planning however I would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the facility! They need to work on their WiFi though

The hotel was adequate, not luxury but not scary either. My room was VERY reasonably priced. There’s also a convenience store steps away. Good for one or two nights. Good breakfast.
