There are better choices. The reception desk is largely unmanned because they have no business. The rooms are hot and you can't open the windows.

The staffs were very nice and helpful. 24 hours check-in was great for me cuz I arrived there around 7am and had nothing to so with my luggage. It was 4 blocks away from the area with tour companies. It was almost like 10mins by walk which I didn’t find it annoying. The facilities are not the best because the room was quite cold even though I turned on the radiator with its max (on late Apr). The stand bulb was out. But I highly recommend this hotel, I had everything I need and the staffs are so nice.

Las Tholas worked well for me. The hotel was in very good condition. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was good.

Hot water in abundance and heating was working all the time. Staff very friendly! Great value for your money!

My room was just next to boilers so it was very noisy in the midnight. I couldn’t sleep. Moreover shower was cold. And a bit far from downtown. I don’t recommend this hotel.

The staff tried to cheat me in paying the taxi fee from airport to hotel which they have advertised "free airport shuttle". I was so disappointed and pointed that I won’t pay any cent of the charge. The staff then made some excuse. Cheating is really not acceptable!

The hotel staff were very friendly and informative. The location was minutes away from the center. My room was always warm & there was hot water available.

El desayuno era malo y lo preparaban cuando querían. La encargada de administración no tiene ni la menor idea de cómo administrar un hotel y tratar con huéspedes. El hotel está un poco alejado del centro. En los espacios comunes había olor a mono.
