The hotel cancelled my reservation and have, as hotels.com have, refused to refund my money. The hotel no longer answers my emails. Pure fraud and thievery. Do not book with hotels.com.

Great location and view of old town Tbilisi from balcony and restaurant. I stay at room No 15 (Superior double room with city view) it offers a big balcony and panoramic old town of Tbilisi. Decoration is so classic. But the weak point is no elevator and can’t access the hotel from old town directly, you have to walk to the hotel entrance at the backside, and no free bottle water in the room. But the room condition, wifi and service are so nice.

I am quite satisfied with my stay at Kopala. The staff was friendly and fast, the food and service was of a very good quality. The room had a nice view of the city and very clean and comfy.

We arrived quite late and were warmly welcomed. The check in was very fast and we got the most fabulous room! It seems like we’ve been upgraded for free to a much better room then we’ve booked. The room was very clean, comfortable and had an amazing view from the balcony. Highly recommended

close to city centre and metro, good restaurant

The hotel offers a great view from the breakfast buffet but that means it’s also means it’s close the the night life streets so we were kept up until 4am but music because the windows are old.

pretty photos but once you enter the old building you will be shocked to see the small room. there are three different buildings . one of them is like jail.

There was a mistake at the reservation that they gave us suit room instead of standard room but not with king bed, 2 small beds.

We had excellent time in Tbilisi and in Kopala Hotel, I will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel is situated in a courtyard well off the main road, so noise is not an issue. Accomodation is what you would expect from a four star and staff spoke reasonable english and were very helpful in organising airport pick up and return. What really makes the hotel stand out are the stunning views from the restaurant and roof terrace.
