Clean room Good location Quite ambience

The hotel in general is excellent but they have a clear shortage of staff, check in took about half an hour, cleaning services were requested and after 5 hours they were provided

عدم الرد على الهاتف لاكثر من ساعة بحجة عدم وجود عمال للنظافة او لطلبات المطعم أو الطوارئ عدم تنظيف الغرفة في اليوم الثاني للإقامة الاالساعة ٨مساء رغم وضع طلب التنظيف من الساعة١٠:٣صباحا عدم تغيير المناشف؟

The property is not the same showed in the map, it is tricky and confused with the original Gulf Hotel location, I just want my money back since I had to pay at the hotel was looking for
