Like the cleanness of the room. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. The only thing the hotel needs an elevator and some Ottoman or benches in the room to put your suitcases on. Had to put it on the floor. Overall it was good. In the future will give the other location a try.

Central location, good food and easygoing vibes

The hotel charged my card for damages done to a microwave and bathroom wall without producing any evidence that I did the damage. Requested pics with date stamp of damaged equipment and glass prior to the beginning of my stay and the hotel did not provide. They have however charged my card US $1,098

Friendly staff and clean room

Staff needs training in hospitality. Several times I waited more than 30 minutes or more to be waited/attended and had to go to another location.

Located right in the city, no malls around and at night safe for locals

Yes ,, but no elevator,, had to fetch baggage up stairs.

Room in good condition. Staff needs hospitality training in general. A lady even complaint when I asked about using the gym at 7am.

I've stayed here a few times now and love it. Convenient, clean, spacious and comfortable.

Clean room, courteous staff. Disappointed that the bar and restaurant was closed, but I understand it was a Sunday night. Also, just to mention, the shower door shower be a little more wider in order to prevent water from splashing out. Just my opinion. Generally, my stay was comfortable, and I would definitely book again.

It was ideally located in Georgetown - close enough to walk to the excitement but off on waterloo street gives a bit of privacy and quiet when needed, the Bistro has excellent food and the staff was extremely helpful and professional.

Hotels in Guyana are overrated in general. The new hotels should bring the prices down in the market. Kings is oitdated. Bistro's restaurant is just average at most.

Nice stay, professional experience, good food but expensive at the connected restaurant. It would have been nice if the facility had a gym.
