Good condition, very clean, roomy space, good food.

Rooms. Needs upgrades. Was expecting better from a Wyndham property. Service was good and good at the restaurant was good too.

The hotel can do with little updating.

I gave average because our room when we checked in there was water drops on the floor and in the bathroom.Also there was a big ball of hair too on the floor.In the bathroom there was no hand towels or shower mat . When we were going out we told at the reception about the missing towels. In the late evening when we returned still they had failed to send any towels and house keeping would not answer the phone.we had to find someone who than brought us the towels.When you are tired you do not want to chase for towels.

Well maintained property.

Check in was very smooth. Very clean and well maintained rooms and common areas. Breakfast buffet was superb.

Check in and check out times should improve. Food in the hotel is expensive when compared to its ambience and quality. More than 2 adults were not allowed in a single room. A family of 3 with a child could not be booked in the same room, which is a shame. Overall it was okay, not great.

Location of the Hotel is ideal. It is right next to Statue of Unity and on Narmada river. Beautiful river view from the hotel and nice walking area outside by the pool. Pool area with night lighting is beautiful. I had presidential suit with nice private balcony overlooking river. Room cleaning was not up to the standards. I saw ants walking in my room. Bathroom water wasn't heating up in weekdays but ok in the weekend. Breakfast and dinner buffet was good but the service was poor. Guest weren't attended in a timely manner. I had to wait forever for bill both times i was there. The guy at the check out was good. Overall good hotel

The staff appeared to be lax and demotivated...Was horrified to see large number of mattresses lying around in the corridors outside the rooms..One does not expect this from Ramada ?? Inspite of telling the reception, they were not removef till the next day...

Clean and spacious rooms with well maintained interiors. Entire staff was very polite, friendly and courteous. Breakfast spread was fresh and delicious. Would certainly recommend to stay here!

Great View of Narmada from Apartments as well as backyard. Sankalp and saffrom restaurant both in-house so wont have to go somewhere else for food. Buses to SOU and other attractions leave from the parking itself so very convenient.

Its relaxing and good located. The sunset on the river was breathtakingly beautiful

The location is excellent - a five minute walk from the bus service pick up point. The service very good and prompt. Food int eh restaurant is also very good. The buffet breakfast is sumptuous, offering a lot of variety. But the place is pricey.

The hotel rooms are very tiny and the charges per room are a bomb wrt the room size and facilities. Reception Staff is untrained and very less.

I had booked 2 river facing rooms for 4 nights. Property is very conveniently located and accessible to all facilities at the Statue of Unity. Rooms are very clean. staff provided services with smile. Good quality food served by Sankalp Restaurant. Property is maintained very well. Rooms are very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at Ramada Encore by Wyndham. It's location is very convenient as all the transport facilities are very near.
