Convenience location

it was really nice, Definitely cozy. But does it job especially just for sleeping when on vacation. Beds made daily with fresh PJs. Was extremely clean. Staff was welcoming and accommodating, Very budget friendly which is a plus!

The hotel is Self check in. Location, size of the room, wifi quality are very good.

I had a wonderful stay, the staff are very nice and attentive, breakfast is so good! A lot of choices to choose, the facilities are clean. Will come back and recommend this hotel.

Hotel provided toiletries (toothbrush toothpaste, bath sponge, many types of soaps and hair products, blow dryer and curling iron) Breakfast was great. You can choose from 5 options and use the voucher they give you when you check in! In room AC control and a mini fridge Bathroom was really nice. Separate toilet/bathing area. Toilet had many settings, heated seat, privacy sound, deodorizer

The address shown in the Expedia page is incorrect, when I tried to ask the taxi driver to go to the address, he said no such address, during the address checking time, the taxi driver kept the meter on, finally the taxi drive declined to drive me to the hotel, at the same time he charged me for yen700 as shown on the taxi meter! Later on we checked the address of the hotel on google and then we found out that the hotel address on Expedia is incorrect!

Overall experience was fantastic. Service was exceptional even with the language barrier. Ammenities were provided. Washing/drying machines available for 500¥. Hotel is nice and close to the major and minor train stations. Walkable distance to get dinner with loads of options to choose from. There’s a Chinese restaurant next to the restaurant and it’s 600¥ banquet (amazing price!). cherry blossoms flood the whole street outside the hotel! The room was very clean and modern, a bit small but manageable. No food room service. Daily room cleaning if you choose. Hotel wifi available. Comfortable bed. Very happy with our stay!

The staff members were very kind, however, a bit more English would be appreciated. The hotel is well located, near a Metro station and walking distance from Tokyo central.

The hotel was fine, nothing special. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. We stayed here just for a cheap night as we were arriving late and flying out the next morning. Staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel smelled a bit of old cigarettes.

Well maintained property, room cleaning is offered everyday, just the awkward stop on the second level each time however due to reception being at second level so it’s understandable. Overall a good stay and highly recommend.

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at Keikyu Ex Inn. The location was convenient with easy access to the train station / transportation. The staff were incredible, they were very helpful, friendly and polite. Thank you for making my family feel welcome.

Impressed with the hotel ! Comfortable stay, room design and size is good. Big enough to open both large and small luggage bags at same time. Massage chair at lobby, laundry status on TV, plenty of amenities. Can walk to Takashimaya. Nearest subway Kayabacho (exit 2) just in front of 7eleven is few mins walk.

I had a pleasant 7-night stay at Keikyu Ex Inn Tokyo Nihombashi. Although it is away from all the main busy areas of Tokyo, it is quiet and very accessible with 2 train lines nearby - Nihombashi station (which is conveniently direct from Haneda) and a 10-minute walk to the hotel, as well as the Kayabacho station, 2-minute walk to the hotel but also takes you pretty much everywhere else in Tokyo. The room although not big (which is a given for Japan), is adequate for me as a solo traveller. It is clean and modern, and equipped with amenities such as coffee machine, drinks vending machine, laundry facility (very important!) and even a microwave all located at L2 reception floor. Rooms are cleaned everyday. They also provide other items or toiletries you may need such as comb, hair curler/straightener, cotton buds, disposable shaver etc. which you can help yourself to at the reception area for free. Overall really enjoyed my stay here and I think I may have found my go-to hotel should I see myself in Tokyo again.

Clean hotel. Pronto was right next to it, so convenient for a quick bite.
