Niisy, bring your earplugs, cramped tiny room not very clean, polluted area. The saving grace was the staff who gave me a lemon hot tea in the middle of the night

Lovely hotel close to old town Sarajevo that has modern amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast I had during my stay in Bosnia and Herzegovina. I highly recommend Hotel Sana for the staff, breakfast and proximity to the old town.

Clean friendly modern hotel at a good price

The Hotel Sana is adjacent to the Old City, the tram, and “Meet Bosnia,” a great tour agency. With only 18 rooms, they treat every guest well. Need an early breakfast? A ride to the airport? No problem. Modern and affordable. Best value I found on a four week journey.

Excellent and friendly welcome from staff. Comfortable rooms with modern design and furnishings. Very central location at edge of Old City within walking distance of cultural sites and plenty of restaurants and bars. Only downside the nearby tramlines, but otherwise a warm and cozy stay.

Modern and clean hotel in the perfect location to visit the Old Town. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to be helpful. The parking area in front of the hotel is very small, and so it was required to reserve a spot ahead of time. The desk attendant helped me to park and to back out of the lot when I left. It was a great experience, and I would stay again!

Sana is a very nice hotel tucked just above the Old Town in Sarajevo. It has a pleasant modern design that is a welcome juxtaposition to the maze of the market area. What's more, the reception and cleaning staff are attentive and friendly.

Hotel Sana is a lovely property in the heart of Sarajevo. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even covered the passenger side window when it was left open one night. The breakfast was extensive with many choices. This is an excellent place to stay in central Sarajevo.

A great place with excellent staffs services. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right in the heart of old town so it's easy to walk everywhere from there. Must stay in Sarajevo.

Hotel Sana was a perfect location for our stay in Sarajevo. It’s a one minute walk to Old Town. Shopping, dining and sightseeing were steps away. The hotel is beautiful inside and the complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of items. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
