I am satisfied with the comfort of this apartment, hopefully I can stay here again next time, keep up the quality that has been provided.

Spacious room, full facility, nice owner, simple check-in and check-out, very helpful. Perfect, no complain.

Good location, close to mall, got public bus from KSM to JB central, we're lucky, Monday night they have night market, delicious local food.

Check in and check out self service, meaning we are guided by messages received via WA, the apartment is nice, clean and suitable for a stopover if you want to vacation in Johor, the point is it is recommended for the future. 👍.

Need to read the instructions carefully about the check-in process. The only hassle is you have to contact the management facility before arrival to check in.

From JB Central, just take bus F100. The fare is only RM 1.5. For breakfast, just buy "Nasi Rames" opposite the apartment. Very cheap. The seller is Indonesian.

It 's easy to go ksl hotel and find any food. Room cleaner and cozy.

Strategic location, close by to KSL Mall, KSL Hotel and Resort, Dino Waterpark. Easy to find food, and there is Lotus Supermarket inside the mall. Easy check-in, the instruction was clear. Little bit confuse in the beginning because it has actually a real name. It will be more convenience if the unit called as their real apartment name: D'esplanade. There is a night market in neighborhood every Monday. Swimming pool and Gym are OK. The facilities inside the unit are complete, especially if you travel with kids and family. Washing machine, hot water iron table, microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, basic utensil, a TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Strongly recommended. I definitely come back for next visit.

Very good, can accommodate 3 or 4 people, there is a cooking area and a bathtub. Next come here again. Self-service check-in.

Worst place I ever booked. You have to WhatsApp the number given on the booking before check in. They don't answer your calls! I've booked 2 nights and only managed to check in the next day. The place is great, but with worse management ever. Stay at your own risk guys.

This trip with family was so happy can found this unit, everything had so convenience, and don't need to walk away from this place, the apartment is complete had anything and clean, fully air conditioner, kitchen and bathroom full option, really thanks to traveloka and this apartement host, will come back again for sure, suit for family and short escape from singapore, batam and nearby

The place is cosy for 2 pax. Host was nice and responsive as well. Was initially Abit sus cause no review but it turned out fine. Recommended.
