Best location, have communal kitchen with completed facility, can make tea and coffee, just walk to the MRT station, nearby food court, clean, recommended hotel.

All good overall since it’s close to the MRT and bus station. The staff were very helpful during check-in and check-out, and they also allowed me to leave my luggage after checking out so I could still explore the area. The housekeeping staff regularly cleaned the shared bathrooms as well. This was my second time staying here, and it didn’t disappoint.

The location is very close to Jalan Besar MRT, making it easy to get everywhere. The staff helped us check in and installed the ST Chat app. The room was okay, but a bit cramped and has multiple levels. The toilet is separate from the room, but it's clean and comfortable, and drinks and coffee are readily available. Recommended place to stay in Singapore.

The staffs are helpful, friendly, and standby in the lobby area. The guest will check in through their own app. The common room and bathroom are also clean, very close to the Jalan Besar MRT exit B, around 1 mins walking distance, near Bugis Street and 3 meals a day, so convenient.

Friendly staff and helpful, clean. The bed on top needs to be made more safe because I found that really dangerous. When you sleep you never know, you can fall from the top.

Well, the room is really good. It's very close to Little India, just a 5-minute walk, and if you want to get to Jalan Besar MRT Station, just cross the street. Mustafa Center is a 10-minute walk away. It's a 5-minute walk to Nasi Lemak Ayam Taliwang at Berseh Food Court. Highly recommended for those looking for a budget-friendly option with decent quality.

The soundproof room makes for a good night's sleep, and the hot shower is great, soothing after a long day of walking. The location is close to the MRT and buses.

The fridge is slightly broken, the hairdryer isn't working, the bidet hanger is loose, and the extra mattress is very thin... please fix it

A pleasant and comfy stay for a hotel of its kind. The place is very clean and although some areas like the shared bathroom and toilet are kinda narrow, it's still manageable to walk around with some spaces. The bed also not bad and quite comfy. The only downside probably just the soundproofing, as other guests sometimes can be heard from opening/closing doors.

The location is very close to the MRT, making it a good option for those who don’t want to stay in a capsule hotel. The self check-in process was a bit confusing at first, but the staff were very helpful. The room and hotel area were very clean. The only downside is that the room key operates through an app, so I couldn’t leave my phone behind when going to the bathroom or stepping out for a bit. Sometimes I just wanted to charge my phone first.

Very satisfied and happy to have chosen this hotel for my recent vacation. Its location is very close to the MRT station, making it easy to get around. It's also close to Bugis and Little India. The check-in process was also very simple and easy. The room is small, but adequate for a couple, although there are a few dirty corners that will hopefully be improved. Overall, I was very happy and satisfied. If I ever visit Singapore, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The staff cleaned the shared bathroom only once at midnight. So if you come to shower late at night, you'll have a big chance of encountering other guests' trash and soils unattended. But given the highly strategic location and its coin laundry facility, this place still worth recommended for light travellers.
