Nice hotel, great service.

Good location, nice breakfast and very friendly staff, but the room had a tiny, unpleasant smell in it and the showerhead was broken.

This is not the first time. I have stayed in this hotel a few times, and for sure they are always the best choice for anyone who wants to look for affordable accommodations near Renon area and Denpasar city.

I stayed there for three nights. From the very first day, a stinky smell was coming out from the sewer in the bathroom. I repeat: an extreme stinky smell. I complained to the front desk staff, but they simply said "the only thing they could do was spray air freshener". I requested to change rooms, but they said they were fully booked. I complained again the next morning and got the same answer. It was the same story on the third day. As a result, I couldn't sleep past 3:00 AM; the accumulated stench from the bathroom would drift out to the sleeping area.

I am a frequent guest for this hotel. It is close to my office, shopping center, tourism area, and very easy to access. The hotel and bedroom are clean, the staff are nice, and there are a lot of options for breakfast food.
