14rh time to this property. Best beach with the friendliest staff. Enough food options for most people

Property was well maintained and quiet. Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Had a great time at this resort.

The beach was perfect at the end of April and the beginning of May. We had an amazing week at the Riu Palace. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options. We enjoyed our stay very much, and we plan to return.

Entertainment wasn’t as really good as what I wanted it to be they don’t embrace the Jamaican culture barley any reggae or dancehall

The staff needs to be more friendly and not look annoye

Great entertainment team! They were engaging and made sure everyone (all ages) had fun. The team was friendly and energetic. The property also has nice beach areas. Lots of palm trees for shade. The spa was nice. The food was just okay. The specialty restaurants were hard to schedule, we had 4 people and could not reserve all 4 at one time. Bring cash with you. Most excursions didn't take credit cards and there is no ATM on site.

All the attractions are too far away.

The stunning views and staff are top notch here as always. Everyone always makes us feel like family. We will be back

My experience was very enjoyable. The staff were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The resort was clean. My room was comfortable except for the hard mattress.

Great beach,calm wather

Wonderful resort. Great time to reset with family. The beach was turquoise and clear. The food options great and the staff attentive and friendly. Would visit again! It’s worth the price. Did not regret the money spent. Could have stayed longer.

Jerk chicken on the beach was great. Buffet food was mediocre.

It was good! My only complaints are that the bathrooms are located at the rear of the property. They are far from beach/buffet and all day time activities. And I don’t know why, but the staff tending the bar closest to the beach were extremely rude to me. Fair price, fair property.

Excellent food. Wonderful beach. The hotel should not raise red flag and cancel kayak and paddle board programs when waves are less than 8 inches high though.
