Checked in at around 10 pm. Smooth process, which was a great help because we traveled with an exhausted toddler lol. Needed deposit of THB 1000 which was refunded when we checked out. They helped us find our rented stroller which was apparently delivered to the wrong hotel, but it seems that the hotel wasn't too far away and it was a sister hotel. Greatest part was they upgraded our room to the one with bathtub! So grateful because we, especially the toddler enjoyed the bathtub so much more than expected. Room was big enough for us three. Also clean and comfortable. It was not sound proof, though. We constantly heard noises from outside especially late at night. But we were glad our child didn't seem to have any problems with that. Three night stay well spent. Definitely will come back.

The location is convenient, 7-Eleven is right in front of the hotel. There is a massage street near the hotel too. The bathroom is slightly smelly, but still worth staying.

The rooms are new, clean, and well-equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Good staff, in front of seven eleven. You can walk to pratunam. Near foodcourt. The food for breakfast is so good..

Good staff, very helpfull. You can keep your luggage here if it is not check in time, even when you stay here and then go somewhere like pattaya for 2 days, then you stay here again, you can keep your large luggage. So u can ho with small luggage. Nice.

Strategic location, clean rooms

Location is good if your main purpose is to shop around pratunam area. Easy to find something to eat because 711 is just accross hotel and you can walk easily to the market and street food area. Traffic in front of hotel is quite good for taxi access because it is not that close to the market and hotel has space at lobby for car to wait. Access to BTS station is a bit far if you want to walk. Room was nice and they have water dispenser in each floor. But bed is too hard for my liking and I can't sleep very well but overall it is good.

Fast check-in, very friendly service, and a strategic location close to shopping centers.

The hotel is a new building. It's well-maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, this hotel strictly limits the number of guests. A room can only accommodate two people. Even small children without separate beds have to pay extra.

Had a pleasant stay at First Pride. Located near Pratunam market, but the location is quiet, nice, and comfortable.

Location is close to many malls. The hotel is comfortable and clean. And also the receptionist is very friendly. Definitely come back to stay here again when I go to Bangkok.
