It's cozy and has a unique building, and the facilities are great. Overall, it's definitely worth a stay.

The staff is very helpful, the check-in process is easy, the facilities are complete, it is quite soundproof, there is a place to eat and relax outdoors, very close to UM.

The hotel staff was friendly, but the room was substandard, with a general lack of cleanliness. The front of the room was dusty. This was the first time I'd encountered a towel; one was cut in half. The stairs up were narrow and steep. There were no side rails, so if you weren't careful, you could fall.

Located near UM, transportation is somewhat disrupted from Saturday night to Monday morning due to the complex's closed entrance. The bathroom has glass walls, making showering a bit awkward.

This is a boarding room, it's uncomfortable, the sheets are dirty, the mattress is broken 😭

Staying at Guest House Studio Living was very satisfying! For Rp 200,000, it offers complete amenities: fast Wi-Fi, cool air conditioning, clear TV, kitchen, balcony, hot water, underground motorcycle parking, and no curfew. It's strategically located near UM and coffee shops. The downsides are that the rooms are not soundproof and have no windows. But overall, it's very decent and comfortable!

Love to stay there if I visit Malang again.

Spacious room, clean bathroom, just a stone's throw to campus (State University of Malang and Brawijaya University), lots of food stalls and cafes nearby, near to Indomaret.

The AC doesn't work, it's stuffy because there's no other ventilation, the toilet leaks so the smell comes into the room and can't be closed.

The guest house environment is actually comfortable, but the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. When I arrived in the room there were dirty glasses full of ants and towels scattered, I don't know whose they were. The partitions per room turned out to be plywood (?). Then there were lots of sounds of activity outside, I don't know what it was. It seemed like there was a lot of activity around there (knocking, falling objects, etc.). No toothbrush and toothpaste were provided, only hand soap and shampoo (better bring your own from home). You get 2 towels, if you have sensitive skin I suggest you bring your own towel, because the towels provided are rough. The bathroom shower was a bit strange, inconsistently warm and cold. The bathroom in the room I stayed in was a bit scary. The good thing is that it's close to the UM campus, it's quite close to where I want to go. The guards are friendly, always there, and quite quick when I ask questions and ask for help. In addition, there is a mossy path in the front yard. I almost slipped hehehe. For the price of 200+ per night on Traveloka, I think it's not worth it, there are still many other accommodations with better facilities.

The regular room have cigarette smells

It's comfortable to stay in guest house living, it's just that the smell of cigarettes in the room, the other facilities are good and clean.

The room is very narrow and doesn't match the photo. Then the bathroom leaked onto the bedroom floor and was only held in place by styrofoam 🤦🏻‍ ♀ so the bedroom floor was wet from the bathroom leak 😬. At that time I met 2 staff, one was friendly but the other was not friendly. The mattress 👎 strategic location even though, that's my honest review, I hope it will be better in the future :).

The hotel staff is fine, there are no clothes hooks in the bathroom, the towels are small, the AC is not cold.
