The hotel is airy, clean, enthusiastic staff. Near the beach, very convenient, diverse food, delicious and suitable for my family's taste.

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic. Especially the male staff who helps guests with luggage when checking in and checking out. Good service, if I have the opportunity to go to Da Nang, I will come back to the hotel again.

Very satisfied with almost everything. Only the wifi is a bit weak, surfing the web, facebook is still smooth but not strong enough to load foreign websites. The room light is a bit dark on the side with the mirror, the table lamp should be white instead of yellow, which would be more suitable for working and putting on makeup. The rest of the service is ok, the price is cheaper than other hotels in the same area according to traveloka, the breakfast buffet is diverse, changes daily and is very delicious. Overall still great

Ksan's price is a bit high because I booked a sea view room but the quality is ok.

The room is not soundproof, guests in the next room open the door, talk, and make noise. Lobby floor is watery and not cleaned regularly. The receptionist is rude. not happy.

Friendly, enthusiastic and professional staff, beautiful view, complaining that the machine wait is a bit long and the breakfast is a bit bad.

Overall the experience was quite good, the room had two broken light bulbs but it didn't affect the quality too much. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Everyone coming to Da Nang can choose to book a room here.

Khách sạn khu vực thuận tiện đi lại vào trung tâm thành phố. Phòng không rộng như trong hình, bồn tắm khá nhỏ. Mùa cao điểm nên vệ sinh phòng ốc không kỹ lắm.

I intended to give the hotel 100 points, but because the app didn't have it, I only gave it 10 points. In general, there is nothing to criticize, the best 4-star hotel I have ever stayed in, especially the super cute male luggage staff. Comfortable parking, the hotel is located in the busiest location in Da Nang, next time I will definitely come back and will recommend to my friends and relatives!
