But if the hot water facility in our room is always there for water heiter use, there is a switch if you turn it on it should be asked via wa / tel how to turn it on. we don't provide towels because we show that our apartment has no amenities so there are no towels and soap in accordance with the traveloka policy. for cleaning we always clean every guest checkout and standard cleanliness of the apartment in accordance with our cleanliness standard because private property is not worthy of the hotel

Sorry, if the room is dirty and not clean, you can complain directly in the beginning because when the room is dirty, my employee can immediately re-clean it right away. And for every guest bed linen we always change new sheets from loundry. If the bed linen feels dirty it must also complain at the beginning and ask to replace at the beginning not after it because every guest who wants to enter the room always thinks it's clean and we always change the bed sheet.
