The AC wasn't cold, there was no TV remote, the bathroom was dirty, the bed sheets were dirty, the staff were very slow and reluctant.

I have sent a note to check in at dawn, when I arrived at the location the gate was locked and I had to wait quite a long time, the room was stuffy, even though I turned on the AC from morning until noon the musty smell didn't go away, the floor was dirty, the pillows and blankets smelled of dust, making my nose feel sick.
