First time staying here, for the staff all friendly, fast response🥰. For the environment is comfortable, the room is nice clean, but a little suggestion paint or parts of the wall that have been peeled off to be repaired again, and by the way in front of the toilet there is no mat 😁 so after using the toilet the water is carried outside. For the AC is cold, the glass also needs to be replaced because I have wiped it at first I thought it was dirty but it turns out it is from the glass that can't be removed.

The AC is hot, the toilet is not very clean

Maybe the empty units will be renovated immediately and the cleanliness around the apartment and the rooms will be given more attention, the drains in the room toilets will be more closed so that the smell of the sewage doesn't rise.

Facilities are not as described

The room is nice and the bathroom is clean. Unfortunately, the wall paint is peeling and the AC in room B7Q isn't cold. Hopefully it can be resolved quickly. Thanks

Good service, I checked in before time yesterday without being charged...

Initially I wanted to stay overnight, but when I arrived, it happened to be MLM on Friday, I apologize in advance, the atmosphere was scary, I wanted to watch TV.. it didn't work, I thought the apartment in my mind could cook, luckily I just wanted to see the situation and then went out to buy necessities. I couldn't sleep.. as a result, I checked out before 2 hours 🙏

staff responded well and quickly

The hotel staff are very friendly and always helpful. I've been a long-time regular guest at this apartment. Price doesn't determine whether a hotel or apartment is good or functional. What determines it is the friendliness of the hotel staff and their service to guests. Maintain your current performance and, if possible, improve it.

I really liked the 7th floor, which offers a view of the lake. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to take any photos. It's the best place to rest, relax, and refresh.

The elevator was broken and went up to the 5th floor via stairs, new notification at check in, the room had lots of mosquitoes
