Nice location with a decent rate per night, but the room is quite old. The air conditioner was leaking, and the water from the sink tastes weird.

1. When I first arrived, the room was quite clean, but when I lay down on the bed. My body was covered in red bumps, either because of dust or mites on the bed. This made me very uncomfortable. So I wonder if every time someone checks out, should the sheets be changed or not? 2. The AC is not cold enough and takes a long time to cool down 3. The TV can't be used, it seems like it's just a property and it would be better if this kind of thing was stated in the Traveloka facilities if it really can't be done. 4. In the morning, the water was off, imagine there was no water after pooping. Then in the morning, I wanted to go to work and there was no water at all, so I used Aqua water to clean myself. I really can't tolerate this kind of thing. 5. At noon, I returned to my room and noticed that the AC was off and the tap water was also turned off, whereas when I left everything was on. I knew someone had entered the room when I left the room because I always turn on the AC when I leave the room so that when I leave the room it will be cold. But this time the AC was turned off. And sure enough, when I checked out, the guard said to enter my room to turn off the tap (I appreciate her honesty, but next time it should not be like that because entering someone's room without permission is not allowed), especially if the room is being rented by an app. 6. The location is in an alley and in a corner. So if you want to buy something, it's far away. want to buy water or food must grab 7. With that price for the facilities of a cold refrigerator, hot water is quite good and the room is spacious there are benches outside for those who want to sit or smoke. this is quite worth it.

The staff is kind and ready to help you. Location is strategic. Room is spacious, the facilities are basic and cleanliness could be improved. In general it's nice for the price worth!

The room is as in the photo, the TV is off/on, the AC is cold, the refrigerator is cold, there are plates and glasses, there is no hot water kettle, you can't drink and there is no toothbrush, toothpaste, and soap, there is no CS, only the cleaning lady who lives in front, there is no water heater, there is a smoking area in the room, the wifi is okay.. I only stayed one night.

Comfortable bed, location is quite close to sunset road and shops like circle ke, indomaret, and others. The rate per night is quite affordable, but for the bathroom please pay attention to cleanliness, especially the mirror and sink area. Then for towels I don't know why I only got 1, while booking a room for 2 people. Luckily I brought my own towel, so this wasn't really a problem

I am really disappointed and regret having stayed at Panen House. The second day the TV was not working, but he said it would be repaired. The location is also only suitable for bed time, bed and breakfast only. Looking for food, ATM, have to walk about 400 m. Extra person 65K per day. The price of the room is worth it, aka according to the price. For long stays, better find a better place.
