Everything was great !

We loved the apartments location with the eaties all around and the river running past. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant stay.

Very central, right on the canal. Beautiful.

Only thing that could improve would be if room had a microwave

Amazing spot in the old town of Ljubljana! The staff was all super kind and helpful, printed train tickets for us and let us check in early. Perfect place if you want something close to all the shops and restaurants.

Great spot it is in a non vehicle zone will need to walk about 500 meters with bag's but worth it

Spent two nights in the heart of Ljubljana and it was a perfect stay. Close to the hear of the city right in old town with a 3-5min walk to everything and anything. 10/10 would stay here again.

Two huge problems, both related to Kollmann's lack of transparency. This is an old 5-story building where ceiling height makes it more like the 7 or 8th floor of a modern building. But there is no elevator, and they aren't up front about it. It's not in the main description called 'About this Property,' and appears way way down in "fine-print" style which says, "We should mention this property does not have elevators." The vast majority of hotels of that height would have an elevator, so it's irresponsible to hide it. They put us in the attic which had a ladder to get to the bed and told us nothing in the correspondence. The second hidden aspect is in the fact the place is in a "pedestrian" zone. What they don't say is that the closest a cab can get to the hotel is about 7-9 min. walk on cobblestone streets. Again, irresponsible. Also, our room was awful. No windows (just roof skylights), had a musty smell of mold, the soap dispenser in the bathroom was so diluted that you couldn't even see foam when you mixed it with water, and the shower was leaky. The manager had the nerve to give us tips about using a shower (we did exactly what he suggested!) The fact is that the leak had to have been a constant because the bottom of the door to the bathroom had rotted away from moisture. The manager stayed away for more than a day, refused to see or speak to us and just wrote a defensive email without any apologies. We had to leave, but he said no to any money back. Be warned!

Very helpful staff , safe & secure

We booked the room with the balcony which was a fantastic spot to sit with drink in hand, and watch the passegiata going on below. The Kollman rooms are in a brilliant location in the heart of the old town, so you're in the centre of everything, and so easy to explore on foot. There is no elevator and you do have to leave your car outside the pedestrianised zone and walk in, but if you're ok with that, this is a great little place. Super friendly and helpful folks on the front desk.

Central location, helpful staff, nice views from our room. The only negative was no elevator.

Stayed in the spring with four friends traveling around Europe. Comfortable beds, clean towels and had option to do laundry for 10 euros. Staff super nice, would recommend!

Perfect location right next to the river in Ljubljana, next to many places to eat and drink but not loud inside.

All the staff were very friendly, they shared tips about the city with us, the only point is that one day they forgot to clean the room, but other than that everything was very good.

Perfect location overlooking the river. The views were amazing! Close to everything. The room was a good size and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Despite location, the window system blocks out noise from outside. I went for 4/5 for 2 reasons. 1: I found I kept picking up blonde hairs on my socks but I am brunette so the floor must not have been cleaned properly. 2: the shower dripped half the night which disturbed my sleep. Other than that, a really lovely room at a good price with excellent location and views.

Fantastic location right in the heart of the city, with the only slight downside being some noise from the nearby restaurants at night, but this was incredibly minor. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing luggage storage and highlighting that we had accidentally left some belongings after we checked out. I would happily stay here again.

This was our favorite place during our trip! The views are unbelievable. The staff was friendly, and we were able to store our luggage while grabbing breakfast after checking out. They called a taxi for us, as well. Excellent location close to everything. We had reservations at Strelec in the castle and this was so convenient to the funicular, as well as walkable after many glasses of wine. We hope to be back!

Excellent location. The room was large with a beautiful river view.
