Excellent location to go every where. All buses pass around the corner. The mall and supermarket right downstairs and across the street. The apartment has everything you need to sleep and quick cook snacks to save some money. Good ratio price / quality.

The ac didn’t work and the toilet paper was hard

We stayed only 2 nights and initially our access code did not work and a 2nd code needed to be sent delaying our check in by a full hour. That 2nd code worked only for the next day and on the morning of our check out the second code failed to work in the morning and my wife was locked out of the building, even though it was only 9 am a full 2 hours before our check out time of 11am. There is not excuse for such a system that repeatedly fails for a renter.

Nice clean place, centrally located, fully equipped with everything one's need. Loved it and would stay in it for my next visit to Turku. The check out was early at 11.00am, it would be nice if the check out was late around 12pm or 1pm.

I booked a room for a July music festival weekend already in February. Ebookers confirmed 100% and no other comms. When arrived at the site, after one hour with back and forth calls to different people, it turned out that hotel had cancelled the reservation without notifying me, absolutely no alternative was given, let alone apology. Even blamed me for not ”contacting them and confirming the reservation(?). Absolutely disgrace of a process and customer treatment. Avoid if you want to secure a hotel room for your stay.

Huone oli vähän nuhjuinen. Varustetaso hyvä, sijainti hyvä. Alkuyöstä lämmityssäädin laukaisi oudon hälytyksen, jonka syy ei tiedossa.

Huoneessa ei ollut lämmitystä päällä ja aivan jäätävän kylmä. Lämpöä ei ollut mahdollista kytkeä itse päälle ja lämmityspatteri oli täysin kylmä. Kylpyhuoneen lattialämmitys oli myös kytketty termostaatista pois päältä saapuessani huoneeseen. Huoneen seinillä likatahroja

Sijainti todella hyvä. Huone oli aluksi aika kylmä mutta pikkuhiljaa lämpesi. Vessa myös kylmä. Television kaukosäätimen patterit olivat loppuneet. Asiakaspalvelu reagoi ja laittoi asian eteenpäin mutta en jaksanut odotella ja hain itse lähikaupasta uudet paristot. Majoittuisin uudelleen jos hinta on jälleen kohdillaan.

Huoneen siisteys ja sijainti

Mahtava sijainti, erittäin siisti huone, loistava hinta-laatusuhde. Ainoa miinus, että joutuu itse tiskaamaan tiskit ja viemään itse roskat.
