I booked a room for a July music festival weekend already in February. Ebookers confirmed 100% and no other comms. When arrived at the site, after one hour with back and forth calls to different people, it turned out that hotel had cancelled the reservation without notifying me, absolutely no alternative was given, let alone apology. Even blamed me for not ”contacting them and confirming the reservation(?). Absolutely disgrace of a process and customer treatment. Avoid if you want to secure a hotel room for your stay.
