Very comfortable room with good air conditioning, nice shower with lots of hot water, and very pleasant and helpful staff. It is an easy walk to the beach and the pool was great. We enjoyed our 3 nights here. One minor thing was that the TV was much too small in our large room.

Great location 5 minute walk to Chahue Beach, 5 minute walk to the major grocery store & 15 minutes walk into the town. Staff were friendly, room was sparsely decorated but comfortable and had a fridge. Great pool!

Great swimming pool, can be busy at time, but still found some quiet moment to enjoy it. We had a great time for our first vacation in Huatulco, in fact in Mexico. Wonderful place and people! Super friendly staff, most welcoming. The pool was a great asset. The rooms were always clean. The restaurant reasonably priced with courteous service.

The hotel is clean and in good condition and the rooms are large. There was no hot water during our 6 day stay. The front desk staff said that is not unusual in México. The pool is very large with lots of lounge chairs. The hotel is popular with large groups of Mexican tourists arriving on tour buses. When the buses arrive the pool in the evening is very noisy and on Friday evening they have live music which is very loud. On the plus side the pool closes at 9 and then the hotel is mostly silent. The pool is mostly quiet in the afternoons as most tourists are out for the day. The bartender named Alejandro is the most welcoming and friendly staff member and he speaks some English so was a pleasure to visit with. The restaurant was good.Very few English speaking guests stay at this hotel. The entrance and plants around the hotel are lovely.

Bien ubicado, a 5 minutos de la mejor plya y menos concurrida y a 15 minutos caminando de la marina y de otras playas. Cerca hay restaurantes y comercios.

El único mal sabor de boca fue el día sábado 04 dé mayo que llegamos a recoger la llave como a las 19.30 hrs y las personas que estaban en recepción no estaban de buen humor y nos dieron un mal trato

What a pleasant surprise this place was. The poo was clean and service was excellent. From check-in to check-out the staff is great!

Had a pleasent stay. Had a standard room and it was pretty large. The pool was great and had chairs you can use. Walkable to nearby towns and down the street from the beach.

We stayed there only one night instead of 2 nights and was ok.

Wonderful spot, very central to everything, wonderful staff, only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool, it was very busy and should be cleaned every night or when not busy.

Great central location, staff were very good, pool needed to be cleaned more often, probably daily with the amount of use, we were assuming we would have a fridge in our unit based on previous years experience but we didn’t have one initially but after a few chats, we got a fridge. The fam in the bedroom in 401 is very noisy.

Hotel Gran Juquila pros: 1. Very clean! 2. Great hotel maids 3. Very economically priced Cons: 1. Property is needs some updating 2. No elevators 3. Staff speak very little English 4. You are charged for everything 5. Before departing, they will check your room to ensure nothing was stolen… seriously

Wonderful hotel that was close to Chahue. The only complaint would be that the beds were like sleeping on stone, please invest in some new mattress's.
