Hotel it’s very clean but it’s far from the transportation.

Poor communication. Stayed 3 of 6 nights, escaping the war in Ukraine. Left early to pick up family from war zone. No empathy and no willingness or communication about receiving a partial refund.

My room was in a basement. The sheets seemed old. And it was under renos. They should warn people

Arrived at the hotel at 6pm and asked about using the sauna. The receptionist advised that's it's full and would need to book in advance. We apparently booked an economy room which was located on the basement level. Room looked good but unfortunately got affected bad by allergies. Upon checking the ac unit I realised it was full of dirt which was filtering through the air. Would have expected given the good reviews this hotel has that the ac unit would be cleaned especially in basement rooms with limited airflow. At 7am the cleaners started making noose in the corridor an woke up everyone. Breakfast was good and made to order
