I was upgraded to the The Boma (Main Hotel) because the Boma Inn was undergoing some work. Few things that needs some attention: The shower valves seem to be erratic, turns hotter / colder at random. This was noticed in two rooms. The air conditioning unit not working so well. Noises from parties going on within the hotel did not help with sleeping especially past 23:00hrs. The restriction of food ordered from Uber eat and other deliveries was not very interesting for someone that loves a certain type of food.,. not served in the hotel's restaurant. Location is perfect, with ease of transportation. Hotel is close to a lot of local shops within walking distance.

The staffs delivered an excellent service.. the waiters were very accommodating, ready to assist. Also the reception team, I recall that I had one day extension, they didn’t chase me around to come make payment. And the house keepers were exceptional. I will be coming back

Air conditioning was broken and staff provided us with a fan but the air in the room was stale/humid which made our stay uncomfortable as we couldnt rest

The shower was broken, and only a trickle of water from the tap. On my previous visit the wifi was not working. I have stayed here several times but not any more. Cancelling my next transit visit now.

This hotel is going down quickly. Any client can see it easily. The workers look demotivated. The bathrooms are not very clean.

Excellent upgrades in the room I had, compared to the room I had in 2024. As always the staff - Desk and House keeping- were friendly and efficient.
